Wednesday evenings starting this week, Allevio is pleased to introduce a group mindfulness session for patients mental health, focus and balance. The sessions will be run on a trial basis by licences Social Worker, Jeff Mintz. Jeff's bio is here.
The cost is $30, the time is 6:30 and space is limited... You do not need to be a patient of the clinic to attend, but you do need to book in advance. Please call us if you would like us to hold you a space.
